• Millie’s Meadow offers custom arrangements, garden bouquets, floral subscriptions, event florals, micro-wedding arrangements, and more.
• The customer acknowledges that there may be natural variations between the images shown and the products received, as well as minor variations from the descriptions provided on the website. Each arrangement is unique and reflects seasonal availability and the artistry of Millie’s Meadow.
• In cases where specific flowers are unavailable, Millie’s Meadow reserves the right to substitute blooms with similar flowers of comparable value and appearance.
4. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Pricing on the website is accurate at the time of purchase but may vary based on market conditions or other factors.
• Payment is required at the time of purchase via the methods provided on the website. All orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.
5. Subscription Service
• Millie’s Meadow offers floral subscription services for customers who wish to receive regular deliveries of fresh, seasonal flowers.
• Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery date of the start of the subscription. After this time, no refunds will be issued, and the subscription will continue for the agreed-upon term.
• Subscription deliveries are based on availability, and the customer will be notified in advance if there are any changes to the delivery schedule.
• By subscribing, customers agree to the terms of service, including the cancellation policy outlined above.
6. Delivery and Pick-Up
• Millie’s Meadow offers delivery and pick-up options as detailed at the time of checkout.
• Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery location within the Iowa Great Lakes area.
• Millie’s Meadow does not deliver on major holidays unless otherwise agreed upon.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is present to receive the delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery, Millie’s Meadow will leave the arrangement at the delivery address unless it is deemed unsafe to do so by the person delivering the goods.
• Millie’s Meadow is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control, such as weather or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Guarantee
• Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the artisanal quality of Millie’s Meadow’s floral arrangements, we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
• Our flowers are a luxury, seasonal product. When purchasing, the customer acknowledges responsibility for the condition and longevity of the flowers once delivered or picked up.
• For Subscriptions: Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the first scheduled delivery date of the start of the subscription. No refunds will be issued once the subscription period has commenced.
• For Events and Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance of the event. A cancellation fee may apply, and the percentage is determined by Millie’s Meadow at the time of cancellation, depending on whether materials have been ordered.
• By completing a purchase, customers agree to these policies and accept that refunds or returns will not be offered due to the nature of our products.
8. Floral Quotes for Events and Weddings
• Floral quotes provided by Millie’s Meadow for events and weddings are subject to change based on any updates or adjustments to the customer’s needs and preferences.
• Millie’s Meadow reserves the right to make changes to the quote to accommodate any modifications requested by the customer. Such changes may also reflect additional adjustments necessary due to logistical or floral availability considerations.
• Customers may request changes to their floral quote up until 14 days before the event or until an order has been placed for materials. Once this timeline has passed and materials have been ordered, no further changes to the floral quote or order will be allowed, as everything will have been finalized and planned.
• Millie’s Meadow will communicate any changes or updates to the floral quote promptly to ensure that the customer is fully informed.
9. Intellectual Property
• All content on Millie’s Meadow’s website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Millie’s Meadow and are protected by copyright laws.
• No content from the website may be reproduced, distributed, or used without the express permission of Millie’s Meadow.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
• Millie’s Meadow takes your privacy seriously. We collect personal information (such as your name, email, phone number, and delivery details) to process orders and communicate with you.
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except for necessary purposes such as processing payments and fulfilling orders.
